In case of event cancellation, we guarantee you a credit for your stay (valid for 1 year from the initial date of the canceled event).
In order to receive your refund or credit note, we invite you to send us your cancellation request no later than the day before the start of your stay. Without news from you before this date, the stay is considered validated and the sums remain due.
