INFORMATION ON OUR SERVICES AND EQUIPEMENTS

Are your campings accessible to persons with reduced mobility ?

All our camping sites may receive persons with reduced mobility on camping places and in collective areas. The camping of Breuil and the Camping of La Bageasse propose fully adapted cottages.

Do Aquadis Loisirs have kids clubs ?

Most of our campings propose a kids club once to twice a week during July and August. You may find all information on the relevant camping data page. Activities are proposed for children aged between 3 and 10.

What entertainment is proposed in your campings ?

We propose different entertainment depending on campings, as some of them do not propose any. Events are proposed only during July and August. Activities and events at the camping are free. Outdoors activities in partnership with the camping are not included. You may have detailed information by calling or e-mailing the camping.

Are barbecues authorized ?

Barbecues are authorized in all our campings, except at the Camping of Pont d’Avignon.

May I park my vehicule next to my accommodation ?

A parking space is available next to your accommodation. Each camping closes the entrance gate in the evening. Then you will have to park your vehicule outside the camping.

Is Wi-Fi connection available inside your campings ?

Some of our campings propose a wi-fi connection on all the camping ground, with extra charge. Our other campings have a wi-fi conection only at reception desk, free of charge. This information may be found on the camping data page.

Are accommodations equipped with TV ?

To know which accommodations are equipped with TV in our campings, please go to the camping data page and seek the information under « ACCOMMODATIONS » section.

Are holiday rentals equipped with a heating system ?

All our holiday rentals are fitted with a heating system, except in canvas bungalows. Electricity charges are billed according to meter readings and paid on departure.

Are pets welcome ?

Pets are welcome in all our campings. They must be clean and on a leash. There is an extra charge for this service on camping places, but this is free of charge in holiday rentals.

Do you provide « baby kits » ?

We can lend baby equipment on request. To ensure that such equipment available, please mention your request on booking.

What is the equipment available in the accommodation I have booked ?

All accommodations are equipped with kitchenware and cleaning ustensils. For more details, please contact the camping.

Is linen supplied with the accommodation I have booked ?

All our campings proposing accommodations have disposable bed linen for sale or to rent at the price of 7 € for a single bed and 9 € for a double bed. We supply blankets and pillows. We do not supply bath or kitchen linen.

PLEASE NOTE

From when can I book my holidays for next season ?

Our pricelist is available every year in the beginning of August for the next season. You may then be informed of our tariffs by simulating a booking on our website and benefit from our « Early Booking » promotion by booking your holiday accommodation before January 31st.

How can I check availability ?

You may check availability by consulting the camping data page and by simulating your reservation with precise dates. You may also contact the camping or our central mailing or calling service.

Is it necessary to book for holiday on a campsite ?

Yes it is. We advise to always book your campsite in advance and to inform us with the nature of your equipment so that we can welcome you in best conditions.

How can I keep updated on Aquadis Loisirs news ?

Aquadis Loisirs is on Facebook, as well as each of its campings. You may also subscribe to our newsletter by filling up the form available on our website.

We are under age and we wish to stay for holidays at the camping, is it possible ?

Young people under age are accepted in Aquadis Loisirs campings under the condition they can show an authorization from their parents. They must be at least 16. Young people under age are under the supervision and responsibility of adults accompanying them.

How can I book my holiday stay ?

You may book your holiday stay by applying to the camping either by email or by calling. Our booking service is also available by calling at 03 86 37 95 83. We shall be pleased to give you all detailed information to finalize your reservation.

The simplest and quickest way is to book on our website where you will be requested to pay a 30% deposit (for campsite rental OR for any accommodation booking of one week minimum) or the total amount of the holiday stay (for 4 nights or less, and if you arrive within less than 30 days following your reservation).

When booking by postal mail, your reservation contract will have to be completed and signed, together with your payment made out to the order of Aquadis Loisirs, and forwarded to the camping address mentionned on the contract.

Which are the payment methods proposed ?

When you book a campsite, we request a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid on site, at the camping. When you book accommodation for a one to 4 night holiday stay, you must pay the full amount of your stay upon booking. Finally, for a reservation of one week minimum, we request a 30% deposit and the balance at the latest 30 days before your arrival. If you have booked online, an automatic e-mail shall be sent to remind you the balance still due. All accommodation for staying must be fully paid 30 days before the date of arrival under penalty of cancellation of your reservation.

Shall I receive a confirmation for reservation ?

When you book directly on our website, you get an automatic confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have checked avalaibility and have accepted your booking. We shall not forward further confirmation. Keep it carefully. If you book by e-mail or calling with a reservation contract, we shall send you a confirmation by e-mail or postal mail according to the information given as soon as we receive your contract and your payment.

We wish to be placed next to each other, how can we do ?

When you book online, you may insert a comment. You just have to make your request by indicating the name of the family concerned. Of course, you must give the name under which the reservation was made. When you book by postal mail ou e-mail, just indicate the family name on the contract, under section « Special Requests ». We will do everything we can depending on availability.

How much are reservation fees ?

Reservation fees are offered for any one night holiday stay. They amount to 10 € for a campsite reservation and for 4 night stays in accommodation rentals, 20 € for one week minimum stays in holiday rentals.

Which means of payment do you accept ?

We accept payment by credit cards, holiday cheques, bank cheques, cash or bank transfer. When booking online, you may only pay by credit card.

How the Aquadis Loisirs fidelity card works ?

Our fidelity card is available at our camping reception desks. You may also apply for a fidelity card directly from our website under the relevant section. Just have your fidelity card duly stamped each time you come to stay in one of our campings. With 3 stamps, you can benefit from a promotion on your next holiday stay. Our conditions may be consulted at the reception desk or by request on our website.

At what time can we arrive at the camping ?

You may arrive at noon if you have booked a campsite and as from 3 :00 PM for a holiday rental. We advise you to give an approximate arrival time if you can. In case of late arrival, it is cecessary to inform the camping reception desk and to make an appointment. No late check in can be made without the preliminary consent of the camping’s manager.

What documents are necessary when I arrive at the camping ?

On arrival, we shall ask you to justify your reservation : it could be either the confirmation of your order further to the reservation you have made on our website, or you reservation contract, or you confirmation e-mail forwarded by the camping or the reservation central service.

At what time do I have to leave the campsite or holiday rental ?

Camping places must be cleared at noon at the latest and holiday rental at 10 :00 AM at the latest.

How much is the safe deposit to pay on arrival ?

If you have booked an accommodation, a safe deposit of 250 € (100 € for cleaning and 150 € for equiment) shall be requested upon your arrival and payable by cheque or by taking a print of your credit card. The payment of a safe deposit is necessary before taking possession of the premises. It will not ber cashed but could be debited if any material damage is reported or if the premises are not as clean as they were when you arrived.

Can I change my holiday reservation ?

Any change shall have to be subject to the camping’s or reservation department’s validation. Please be kind enough to make your request either by e-mail or calling and detail the change requested (number of guests, holiday dates, type of accommodation, etc).

How can I cancel my holiday reservation ?

When you book, you may pay a cancellation insurance amounting to 18 € per accommodation and holiday stay. This insurance is not compulsory and shall not be valid within the 30 days preceeding your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, please inform the camping or the reservation calling centre as soon as possible by phone, and then confirm by postal mail or an e-mail. The cancellation shall be valid only after reception of a written notice from you. We shall meet your request depending on whether you have or do not have subscribed our cancellation insurance, the reason for cancellation and the amount already paid. You may see our general conditions on our website or on the reserve side of our reservation contract.

I was not fully satisfied of my holiday stay, how can I make a claim ?
