Bourges, capital of the Berry province, is located in the Centre-Val de Loire administrative region and is 240km south of Paris. It has a rich heritage that includes the Avaricum, Jacques-Cœur Palace and Saint-Étienne de Bourges Cathedral, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Bourges has also become famous over the last 40 years for its renowned ‘Le Printemps de Bourges’ music festival that takes place for one week in April. Our campsite is just an hour’s drive from the well-known Parc de Beauval zoological park, classed as one of the 10 best wild animal parks in the world! Come and see a wide range of animals from all four corners of the earth and the recently constructed equatorial dome of 10,000m², which is the only one in the world! This is an amazing place for the whole family to discover.
Our campsite is just a 15-minute walk from Bourges historical town centre and Auron Lake. It has 107 pitches over an area of 1.3 hectares, with state-of-the-art mobile homes, traditional camping pitches or hard-standing pitches for campervans. You can indulge in all the possibilities afforded by the natural setting: sporting activities, visits to the town, relaxation, shops, markets, cinemas and more. Make the most of the luxurious greenery at Auron Lake, to enjoy many sporting and water activities.
